NAWWIR Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Version: Draft 1
DRAFT — NOT YET REVIEWED BY A LAWYER. These terms are for website review only. They must not be published as effective terms until the operator’s legal identity and address, governing law, jurisdiction, Arabic translation, and all liability language have been approved by a qualified lawyer and a native-Arabic legal reviewer.
1. Scope
These terms apply only to the public NAWWIR marketing website. They do not govern the NAWWIR mobile application or any future account, marketplace, ticket, booking, payment, or organiser service, each of which requires separate terms.
The website is currently operated by an individual using Xeplans as the name of a company that is not yet registered. The operator is Azam Hashmi, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
2. What the site provides
The site provides general information about the planned NAWWIR product, its intended activities, and ways to contact the project. It is not an app store, booking service, emergency service, or guarantee that a feature, event, offer, venue, or release will be available.
Product descriptions, examples, visuals, dates, and availability may change. An invitation to contact the project is not an offer or binding commitment.
3. Acceptable use
You may view and share links to the public pages for lawful, personal, and ordinary business-information purposes. You must not:
- attack, disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the site’s security or access controls;
- introduce malicious code or use the site to harm another person;
- impersonate NAWWIR, Xeplans, the operator, an organiser, or another person;
- copy or use site content in a misleading way or suggest an endorsement that does not exist; or
- use automated access in a way that materially impairs the service or violates applicable law.
4. Content and intellectual property
The website’s original text, design, graphics, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to the operator, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. No statement here claims that Xeplans or NAWWIR is a registered company name or registered trade mark. You may not remove ownership notices or commercially reuse protected content without permission, except where law allows it.
5. Email and external services
Email links open your chosen email service. You are responsible for deciding what to include and should not send unnecessary sensitive data. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy notices apply.
6. Information only
Website content is general product and marketing information. It is not legal, medical, financial, safety, travel, or professional advice. Event and venue details must be confirmed with the relevant organiser or venue before you rely on them.
7. Availability and responsibility
The site may be changed, suspended, or unavailable. The operator will use reasonable care in maintaining it but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available and the operator is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused solely by use of, or inability to use, this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This section requires jurisdiction-specific legal approval before publication.
8. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, competent courts, and any required consumer-dispute process are intentionally not yet specified. They must be completed after the operator’s legal residence and launch markets are confirmed and before these terms become effective.
9. Changes and contact
The date and version will be updated when these terms change. Questions may be sent to contact@xeplans.com. The operator is Azam Hashmi, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, using Xeplans as the name of a company that is not yet registered.
