NAWWIR Website Cookie Notice
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Version: Draft 1
DRAFT — NOT YET REVIEWED BY A LAWYER. This notice describes the website’s current code and expected Cloudflare delivery. It must not be published as approved until the production domain and Cloudflare settings have been observed, the actual cookies have been recorded, and a qualified Saudi privacy lawyer and native-Arabic legal reviewer have approved it.
1. Current website behaviour
The NAWWIR website does not currently include analytics, advertising, personalisation, sign-in, forms, or tracking pixels. Its source code does not intentionally set cookies or write visitor data to localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB.
2. Strictly necessary provider cookies
Cloudflare is expected to provide network delivery and security. Depending on the production services and security rules that are enabled, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to distinguish legitimate traffic, complete a security challenge, or maintain load balancing. Possible examples documented by Cloudflare include _cf_bm, cf_clearance, and _cflb; an example is relevant only if it is actually observed on the production site.
These provider cookies are not used by NAWWIR for advertising or cross-site behavioural profiling.
3. Consent and future changes
Because the current site does not intentionally enable non-essential cookies, it does not currently display a cookie-consent banner. Before any analytics, advertising, personalisation, embedded media, or other non-essential storage is enabled, the operator must update this notice and implement any consent choice required by applicable law.
The production site must be tested from a clean browser in every launch region before this draft can be approved.
4. Managing cookies
You can inspect and delete cookies through your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Blocking a strictly necessary security cookie may prevent the site or a security challenge from working correctly.
5. Contact
Questions about this notice may be sent to privacy@xeplans.com. The operator is Azam Hashmi, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, using Xeplans as the name of a company that is not yet registered.
